The Tabiona boys basketball program has once again had a victorious season. The Tigers placed 3rd at the state tournament held last weekend in Richfield, ending with 22 wins and 5 loses. Tabiona will miss the talents of the four graduating seniors, Logan Rhoades, Chance Lazenby, Easton Peterson and Lex Giles. Logan reflects on his career by saying, "Through basketball, I have always learned to stay in the moment and enjoy things while they are still there." These young men have played together since they were in elementary and enjoy a unique camaraderie and brotherhood.
Although their goal was the Championship, as their theme was "One Team, One Dream", Tabiona had a great season and felt successful. We appreciate the time and efforts of Head Coach Lee Gines and assistants, Dalas Jones and Levi Gines. A big thank you to the cheerleaders and the numerous fans and community members for the support. We are proud of our Tigers!
